He is the Founder and former Managing Director of Roots and Culture Magazine, founded in 2007. Eleazar has also worked with magazines such as Beautiful Barbuda Magazine, Food and Drinks Magazines, and Small Business Entrepreneur Magazines. Additionally, Eleazar is the former Chief Executive Officer and Training and Business Development Consultant at ELE Training and Consultancy Services. Eleazar joint the co-operative industry in 2015, where he worked in various functional and strategic positions. In 2019 he co-founded the Entrepreneur Family Credit Union, where he served as Chairman of the Steering Committee for three years.

Eleazar holds a Graduate Diploma in Management, a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from the Australian Institute of Business, and a Masters of Art in Education from Liverpool John Moores University. He is also pursuing doctoral studies for a Doctor of Business Administration with Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School. Eleazar is an award-winning Entrepreneurship Facilitator, Lecturer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, activist, and author.
